Green place.

Green place. Near city centre.

The employee start to make noise and play music from 5 am. Ants in the room. No wifi in the room. Sometimes no water in the toilet.

Good size rooms, aircondition working.

Good size rooms, aircondition working. Also a fan in room. Good beds. Smiling personell.

Expensive breakfast. No discount if half of the ingredients was sold out and not served. Half price food across the street. Asked reception if there was a beach on the Island, where I could go by motorcycle, but she said no and wanted to sell me a tour. There are beaches nearby, and the place across street told me directions. No roomcleaning without asking for it.

Will not recommend it to friends

The restaurant food was good, staff were friendly

We stayed for 4 days/3N and the towels and bedsheets were not changed. Toilet paper and soap were not replenished.Nobody cleaned the room, bathroom faucet was leaking so the bathroom floor was wet all the time. Yuck!

Outside ambiance is nice . Poor service

The toilet bowl has leak and the staff is not friendly and no uniform, they turn off the wifi during night. We request to clean the room but no action.

Great location for town, getting to tours, ferry etc. staff where helpful and friendly.

Friendly atmosphere, I've read where people say staff are not friendly but what I've realized is most travelers are generally picky and fussy. You have to have an open mind when travelling, and do not expect the luxuries of life you have at home. Breakfast was local and delicious. A lot of places do not have milk, but creamer (coffeemate), so I had coffee black.

Comfortable and good value for money

Free wifi was working fine, except for peak hours in the morning and the evening, where there was some congestion on the network. Staff was very helpful, smiling and accomodating.

Only minor details, issue on the toilet. Was to be fixed as we left.

Location was convenient.

The staff are careless and incompetent. The room was a disaster,in disrepair, dirty, ramshackle, ugly. The management should be ashamed to rent this room. The hotel is a money grab. They put absolutely nothing back into the upkeep and maintenance. The staff, reflect the attitude of the management. This place caters to cheap package tourists from Asia. They charge people who book with them a vastly higher rate to make up the loss on the dirt cheap packages from Manila. We talked to the package tourist guests so we know what they paid. They don't complain because they know they couldn't travel for that price anywhere so the rock bottom standard of the hotel doesn't bother them. This place doesn't deserve your hard earned money and don't let them ruin your vacation.

Fine!

Very spacious room! Linnen and towels included. Good location. Nice breakfast.

The staff wasn't very friendly upon arrival, some communicative problems because of poor English. Bad location of the aircon which didn't provide any relief. The toilet was not very clean unfortunately and the water pressure was basically non-existent. Wi-fi was only available in the common area.

Location . The staff are great especially in the dining and reception.

Bathroom is very dirty and it smells. They don’t clean the bathroom daily as far as we can see and smell.

Disappointing

The exterior was beautiful. The food at the restaurant was very good and employees were friendly. At first the shower did not work and maintenance fixed it quickly. They brought towels daily. The location is great. Easy to walk to restaurants. Easy to hail a tricycle. Coron destinations were breathtakingly beautiful.

Stayed in a 2BR Apt. I did not have high expectations by any means. I mainly wanted something clean with our own bathroom. I thought I would be able to use the kitchen to warm up leftovers, but when I grabbed a pot from the cabinet and lifted the top there were roaches running around in the pot, so did not use. Ants everywhere in bathroom and kitchen area. The bathroom was gross. No division between shower and commode so everything got wet after showering.
